because of flat bottom design, the sendiment will slow down the flow rate. but as suggested by one of the forumer, need to fold the paper filter.

Noted with thanks.

You are using the v60 plastic yourself??

I have several filters, mainly Glass V60, Kinto Slow Brewer Ceramic and Clever dripper.
When I still worked in cafe, we also use Kono (I participated in Taiwan's Hand Drip Cup with Kono as well) and Sanyo ceramic dripper as well.

i have both v60 and daiso, both plastic.

the grind size and pouring rate will determine
the extraction/ taste.

Hi all, looking for new coffee bean recommendations
Browsing beanshipper, there are alot..overwhelmed. Can’t decide.

- been using dark/medium roast coffee bean from Chikmagalur india before this.
Abit hard to get it now
So need to change.
- occasionally using espresso bean starbucks, acceptable.

Need dark roast. Need the bitterness. Doesn’t like the sourness.

That all. Not too picky. Will buy and test all the recommendations in small batch/pack.
