I always buy from Tesco, 1L because it's packed with kotak instead of plastic bottle, easy to dispose and so far no issue with it.

Oh no sad.gif...maybe because your fridge temperature not cold enough to sustain the freshness?

not sure the temperature right or wrong, also possible my temp sensor might be fault cause that is industry grade sensor  not suppose to do food grade staff...

try another sensor for my fridge, if tomorrow got time I set up a wiring sensor for my fridge...

Erm...not so sure about my fridge temp, but I thought it's supposed to be below 10C, no?

Another thing, I don't place my milk at the side door as I notice it's not as cold (or just my impression). I usually lie it down flat and place it on the rack, sitting at the back of the fridge so that the temperature does not fluctuate that much if you open the door frequently.

Just my impression biggrin.gif

Humph! Back in the old days, we didn't have all these new-fangled "electric" grinders. We used to just use one rock to bash another rock, and sometimes it would crush the coffee bean, but more often than not, it would just turn our fingers into mush!

If *that* wasn't tough enough, we then had to rub two sticks together to start a fire, so that we could boil the water for the brew. And you young 'uns complain about water quality....huh! Most of the time we would worry that someone upstream of the river didn't use it to wash their furs....or worse! And that mammoth-skin pot would give a horrible after-taste.... bleah!

Hey hey don't get me wrong, despite how I like to "press a finger to flick the button and do the job for me", I'm still using my hand grinder on daily basis, still ignite and start fire with stones, sticks and dried leaves occasionally.

Well just joking on the latter. Basically looking for another grinder and park it at my hometown.

Has anyone repaired a Hario scale? Seems that the 3kg press sensor had gone haywire, or it could be the board, numbers keep juggling everywhere. If yes, may I know where do you get the replacement parts?

Thank you.
