If you like not too strong taste, then you will like specialty coffee. Typically these beans are lightly roasted so that you can taste the coffee. Its like drinking craft beer compared to Carlsberg/Tiger. |

QUOTE(ymeng85 @ Mar 26 2017, 10:58 PM) Thanks for the love for local roasters Hey! Thanks for answers. No wonder choices are limited and quite expensive to buy green coffee beans in Malaysia.Yes, the AP is because Malaysia also produces our own coffee (if you don't know!) The famous one that I know is My Liberica in Johor is a coffee farm producing Liberica species coffee |

QUOTE(legonggelong @ Mar 23 2017, 09:55 AM) Guys, need opinions. Since I dont really want to grind beans at d office, which one is better? my way is to make a low volume thicker brew with Aeropress at home. When in office, top up with hot water. 1. Grind & brew (Aeropress) at home around 6.30am, put it in thermos & drink it at d office around 9am. or 2. Grind beans at home around 6.30am & brew at d office (French press) just as i want to drink it around 9am. 😁😁😁 |

QUOTE(Cheeky @ Mar 30 2017, 05:38 PM) Maybe another alternative is the have cold brew. Not that difficult to make at home and cold brew can be kept in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. A viable alternative for many. I have tried cold brew before but regretfully not my preference... something....missing. |
