I hope I dont add any confusion here but just want to know if for myvi there is location for us to place speakers at the dashboard panel smile.gif unsure.gif ? as far as I know there is no specified location to place comps speakers at front door but back doors already placed OEM speakers but no speakers are provided at the back of rear seats unlike all other cars which do... ... wink.gif

funny ICE setup I would say for myvi designed by perodua laugh.gif .....just hope to clear some confusion although I dont own a myvi but frens do...hehehehe... rolleyes.gif

by the way, I have seen helix blue 62 (comps) or blue 6 (coaxs) (not sure which one) but one of them costs around RM600+ so might not suit threadstarters budget whose overall budget for a amp and comp/coax set is at RM600 sweat.gif ..... might be able to get a comp/coax set at that budget but better save up more for an amp.... biggrin.gif

if like that, for the front speaker, I guess I have to dig it out right ? So what speaker is recommended for front ? I plan to put Helix behind it ....

bro patrick,

to get good sound quality and staging, like everyone else here, I would recommend getting a component set for front dashboard....use ur RM600 budget for this... biggrin.gif

as for an amp, perhaps u shud save up more money for it then get a reputable 2 or 4 channel amp to power up those component.....since u are a beginner and budget ICE user, can put up a budget of RM1K for an amp.... brows.gif tongue.gif

as for back speakers, forget them for a while, concentrate on front ones first so u can feel the difference and enjoy the music, later on got extra money u can replace the back ones or dont use them at all, meaning disconnect them... smile.gif

in ur case, maybe u cant decide wat to do get for now, u can also put up those helix coaxial at front, u will feel the difference indifinitely (depending on ur ears) but coaxial is not actually recommended at front... icon_rolleyes.gif

anyway, its ur budget so feel free to try and test them out...good luck... wave.gif
