Crowd quite good. It appeared not that many because most people gathered at counters to redeem free gifts and vouchers. Few team of lion dancers going from each shop to shop. Very noising. Didn't see many Bangla though.

I gave away my F&B vouchers, first one because already got free buffet and the 2nd one because valid only on the 10/1. Give vouchers on the 8/1 but ask people to use on 10/1 and that only even free meal.

I think the F&B outlets may be sustainable but other shops may struggle to survive.

Actually there is a booth for visitors to dress in Chinese traditonal palace costumes and have photo taken by professional photographers. Saw even a Malay couple joined in and the malay lady was wearing tudung with an empress headdress.

Skirt is too long, I think business will not be good.

later MARA will open a mega shopping mall fully owned by malays tenants named

It's a trend nowadays. Open whatever shop, very laku for a year, then lesser and lesser crowd, then close shop, and new business take over rinse and repeat

guys, I have just visited Da Men. n I can tell u..............this mall is a more towards Chinese concept .........not many malay food shops, n I didn't see any McD, KFC, Pizza hut (maybe not open yet). but they have a lot of grand Korean / Japanese / Chinese restaurants (which some actually sells pork dish). Even fitness center is call "chi" fitness center

start ur engines.......... MARA will open one mall for malays called "PINTU BESAR"

Can see from the pics that it is very oriental

ya also for clothing, they have soooooo many Korean n Japanese stores......... u feel like in korea / japan already ....
