Definitely this is not true. I install aluminium door and there is an one layer internal shelf. The drawer is quoted separately though. What is the contractor quote you? They should tell you the price will include what components.

Top-up rm1k only for change to aluminium door and drawer from melamine. Maybe the price is not included

How much to install aluminium type divider / internal shelf ?

Chipboard is still chipboard. Water resistant or not, it will still swell if there is area which water can penetrate.

If one is worried about water resistance, better use solid wood or plywood, even better, use aluminium.

solid wood or plywood better then aluminium ?
never heard before .
can you explain to me ?

Hi all, is it possible to diy this type of table? by using pine wood 1800 x 580 x 34. How to fix it to the wall?

Yes very possible. Concept is the same as Ikea wall shelves. Just get the components from Ikea and fix it to the wood plank.
Pine is a good choice - very soft (and light wood). Just take into consideration, the harder the wood, the heavier the anchoring you need on the wall.
DIY difficulty level is probably moderate. If you can handle a drill, you probably can do this.

Just wish to clarify the above, that is just price per sq ft for the
granite countertop right? Excluding any cabinets? one of your posts above you said granite price was RM550 psf. Here you said it is pfr. So, is it pfr or psf?

The price applies to all kinds of granite or is this an average price?
