yap , normally ID will be charge 4 ringgit to 6 ringgit per sqft follow by your plan exclude exterior .

42 x 24 =1000 per sqft exclude exterior .

after 3D drawing come out they will come out with Furniture Quotation & renovation Quotation , wiring , plumber Quotation as well .
If take whole renovation service ID will waive designing fees as well . 

yap you are right ,
sometime we will heard people said only designing fees took 10k ++,
price is reasonable , because designer form hire qualification designer and
designer need grow experience more then 5 year they just can start to handle a house ,
2000 prsqft , 3D drawing
Discussion +Idea + rendering drawing +test light  + concept + colour matching = result
will took more then 1 month to process 3D rendering .
