Hi thanks for the reply.
May i know why plywood spray paint door is not so common? The contractor told me it's better coz wont have joint gap. Solid wood is out of budget, i will choose wither plywood (spray paint/laminated/glass) or aluminium. Mdf is usually laminated with melamine surface right?
Spray Paint on the plywood, there will be a lot of treatment need to do, for example to plaster the plywood so that make the surface to be flat if not you will see a lot of wood grain on the surface which not able to let the paint go in nicely, 2nd, the edge of the board are very rough, so they must apply wood vinyl to seal the rough surface, and yet, all this treatment will create a cost, will the price comparable to solid wood? I not sure, but by using MDF, MDF itself will be smooth surface and easy to be spray paint finish. so usually spray paint thing will be in MDF, solid wood also the same, to be nice, they must plaster all the wood grain and sand it nicely, the only diff is they dont have to seal the edge.May i know why plywood spray paint door is not so common?
