am I need fix cabinet first or painting first ?

Seldom in market use plywood spray paint door for kitchen. Normally will use mdf door if you are looking for spray paint finish. Yet mdf door is not adviced in wet area.

You can opt for solid wood in clear varnish or colour paint finish if that's what you meant.

Solid wood paint door will have better looking as laminated plywood will see some grey joint gap on door edges.

Yet for kitchen cabinet, is better to choose laminated plywood as it has better resistance to scratch and water.

Normally if spray paint I will suggest go for either mdf or solid wood, as if plywood spray painted, the outcome might not look nice and evenly compare to mdf or solid wood

Better you ask your contractor to show you the final sample of spray paint plywood door for you to see the finishes effect before you go ahead with it.

Melamine is a laminated chipboard base panel and is not mdf

Spray Paint on the plywood, there will be a lot of treatment need to do, for example to plaster the plywood so that make the surface to be flat if not you will see a lot of wood grain on the surface which not able to let the paint go in nicely, 2nd, the edge of the board are very rough, so they must apply wood vinyl to seal the rough surface, and yet, all this treatment will create a cost, will the price comparable to solid wood? I not sure, but by using MDF, MDF itself will be smooth surface and easy to be spray paint finish. so usually spray paint thing will be in MDF, solid wood also the same, to be nice, they must plaster all the wood grain and sand it nicely, the only diff is they dont have to seal the edge.

Melamine board is call MFC (melamine Face Chipboard), a wood chip compress board with melamine finishing

Just wish to clarify the above, that is just price per sq ft for the
granite countertop right? Excluding any cabinets? one of your posts above you said granite price was RM550 psf. Here you said it is pfr. So, is it pfr or psf?

The price applies to all kinds of granite or is this an average price?
