Got a old condo unit from my parents (1090sqft), planning to do some renovation.
will the budget of 150k suffice to do the following?
the only house plan with measurements i had was in the house deed with only outer wall measurements and sqft.
Not sure where should i start, do i start finding a few designer to discuss on budget and ideas before asking them to measure and draw?

1. Living, kitchen, bedrooms retiling
2. Master bedroom cabinet
3. 2nd bedroom cabinet
3. bathroom cabinet
4. Tv panel wall and cabinet
5. Kitchen cabinet - wet and dry
6. painting and patching for all walls
7. changing the skirting board around the house
8. Plaster ceiling and lighting/wiring all around house
9. Electrical appliances
