your scope is not much, also you need to get key ( which can be delayed) and defects repair- which again can take time
developer need to sort out a few hundred unit once VP. they don't keep a very large crew for defect rectifications

for now, can research research on the furniture, electronics that you want.
then wait 11.11, 12.12 to enjoy the discount.
