normally, two situation we use mdf, 1 for spray paint, 2 is to bend curve for certain design.

the price gap of 30% between chipboard and plywood carcass. but 2 material also non water water resistance ,

chipbord can choose moisture resistance board for kitchen

for sink can use aluminium carcase instead , can solve the water resistance problem

situation normally happen is leakage on the water tap which u dont simply realise it.

other carcase will be find to use melamine moisture resistance board 

u can go for it.it can last u at least 15-20 years.

solid surface normally is RM 180-220/footrun. and ur quartz is price almost same

suggest choose Quartzstone .

solid surface now seldom people use 

it won't be see obvious when u scratch quartzstone .

SOME sales person, (not all a, i didn't point to anyone) really can claims their mum is male , dad is shemale , as long they can close deal.) cause ur willing to pay price is able to get u the EXPANSIVE plywood materials.
