Hi,

I'm looking for advice for some basic reno work for a new 1490sqft 2-storey terrace house. I planned for:
1. Kitchen cabinet (11ft concrete and tiles top, base unit only with 4ft counter)
2. Installing aircond, fans, lamps
3. Tinted and grill
4. Vinyl flooring

I will only use 1 room as bedroom (only bed inside though). Others are for laundry room, wardrobe room and home office. I won't be needed any wardrobe or tv console unit as I will not be watching tv much, and for wardrobe, I prefer DIY open closet only.

My budget is 20k-30k including furnitures and cost of buying airconds, fans and lamps. Is it possible?

Thanks..

Hi, can you upload some actual client sample of bedfroom customized headboard + side table? Normally what material? Melamine? Formica? Laminated?

normally we do mix and match material , depend the design we have to consider the loading and material size then do the design ,
for example board maximum length 8 ft , but tv panel 5 ft x 8 ft condo lift cannot masuk then we have to make some design or other material to match it

Hi,

yea, you can go to Cheras Sun Rite or Sun Rise Furniture Hardware,we called it Chew Yeong. My ex office stated nearby there, so mostly will go there to get it. Now move to Kajang area. So seldom go there.it nearby the kampung cheras baru.

if u come from the round about of kampung cheras baru, go will pass by a petrol station on your right. and u reach a traffic light. after that u go straight.u will noticed a field and mamak stalls on your left hand side, slightly slow down and u will see a bus stop on your left hand side, just behind of it. u will see the hardware shop. opposite is a mosque.

Hi bro feifeikon,
Just have doubt. Why the plywood TV cabinet is an expensive stuff, cost around 5-6k.
Is the wood expensive or workmanship?

How much the below cost if it is 10ft width 6ft height?

Hi guys, I am planning to purchase an 30 years-old single storey subsales house (1200 sqft) at Malacca, but the house condition seems like not really promising with wall cracks and aged wiring..
The house owner shared me their original plan layout and the so-called new layout design..
Are there any sifus can help to estimate the cost of renovation, I may pm you the layout and photos if it helps in the cost estimation

Thank a lot in advance notworthy.gif

2)Shelving

RM 120 x 10ft w = RM 1,200.00

3)Lighting T5, use 10 nos. 3ft x 3 , 1ft x 2 for top and 3ft x 3 , 1ft x 2 for bottom,

RM 50 per set x 10 nos = RM 500(any electrical hardware shop can buy , with i stated price RM 50/ set.)
