Hi all, would like to get your opinion on below quotation from ID, whether he marked up excessively or not.
I knew that his M&E work and plaster ceiling work is expensive compare to others. Already planning to challenge his quotation and if he cannot lower down the price, i will bring my own contractor to do that scope. Lighting fixtures price i can control, I will buy myself not gonna let him buy. Im not sure about the carpentry price though. Does the carpentry price is way too much or just slightly pricier? Im okay if the price is 10%-20% more than market as long as I get the quality and after sales service that ia expected. Thanks for your comment. |
