Hi,

Should I pay and start drawing first before VP, based on the floor plan. Or wait until I get my keys?

I am interested to have you help me design and build my 861sqft bare unit after going through your works. 50k without any loose furniture. Is this budget enough?

All the terms normal?
And especially the
Item g) says need to pay 50% incase of termination of their service

Hi, I have a new 2 Story Semi-D (Size: 3,000sqft), which I have the intention to do renovation with the following scopes:

1. Toilet x 3 (Tiling & waterproof), new sink & toilet bowl for master room's toilet only.
2. Plaster ceiling in 90% area.
3. Kitchen cabinet for Wet (aluminum) and Try Kitchen both with island.
4. Build in cabinet for master room and simple cabinet for the rest of 3 rooms and simple shoe cabinet.
5. Lighting.
6. Painting.

With the scopes above, looking for advice if RM100K-120K budget would be sufficient? Thank you!

Hi, wanted to get some views. Bought a double story of around 1636 sq ft. Now planning ahead for renovation. Just looking to see whether my targeted budget of 140k would suffice for the following:

1. Living and dining space retiling - plan to change to laminate flooring
2. Master bedroom cabinet
3. bathroom cabinet
4. Tv panel wall and cabinet
5. Kitchen cabinet - wet and dry - no plan to extend so far unless budget allows
6. laundry cabinet
7. Plaster ceiling and lighting/wiring all around house
8. Loose furniture and decor
9. Electrical appliances
10. Series of wood panel to segregate living and dining space
11. Auto gate + Grill

Is 140k enough for all those mentioned? How much extra would be needed if I want to extend the back for wet kitchen and laundry area.

Appreciate your input. Thanks in advance

2019 this cost still sufficient , but coming march more challenger for Reno and built in cabinet ,
cos in the market facing Labour insufficient and material increase 45%
colour board before Mco 3.0 ,Rm 125 per pcs now increase to Rm 195 per pcs
I believe your guy facing while Pm the contractor or interior designer they like no response or no layan right ,
because If get the jobs they also worried no people to do ,
because some of factory close down during MCO , and during MCO expel worker .
