 Just bought a whey protein

Hi sifu,
i just bought a whey protein, Nitro Tech Whey Protein to be exact.
i do not know when to take the protein and how many scoop do i need to take.
Sifu, please give some advise
My workout day will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday icon_question.gif

u need protein at least a gram per pound bodyweight..let say u are 140lbs..then u need 140gram protein daily..so as protein whey is a suppleement for ur dietery..get protein from real food as much as u can throughout ur meals then top up with protein whey to achieve 140grams a day..i can give u example for protein intake to maintain ur muscles of even improve them..breakfast - protein shake - lunch - protein shake - training - protein shake - dinner - protein shake(before sleep)..this is just a simple example..there a alot more ways on when to tkae protein on the internet..go do some research..checkout this site. it has complete guide from beginner to advance...what to do and what not to do...May the best body wins Cheerss!!

first of all you need internet and make use of google
secondly you need to know what type of workout you are doing. Some people go gym running and call it a workout
third, knowing your body and health condition bcz not everyone can take workout supplement
finally, know you are buying and the effect of using it.

nextvision has the best answer so far. Ideally you want to take them post workout; just one scoop will do.

If you are looking to build muscle, make sure your protein intake is sufficient. Protein powder is only a supplement. You should eat real food to achieve your protein intake target. Real food is primary. Supplement is secondary. Get more chicken breast, beef and fish.

We dont really spoon feed unless you really cant find the info here.

if you are really committed to make a change, you should read the stickied threads. Good information there for FREE. If you feel lazy and not read 'em, im willing to bet you wont see any changes to your body in 3 months and you be wasting $$ on protein supplements.

I drink it while I'm showering. The cooling effect of the shower will enhance the muscle gaining capability of the whey protein......

Just started workout?? ON whey protein is better than Nitro tech imho.

If just start, one scoop after workout. Invest to eat better and more into your daily meal first.
