u need protein at least a gram per pound bodyweight..let say u are 140lbs..then u need 140gram protein daily..so as protein whey is a suppleement for ur dietery..get protein from real food as much as u can throughout ur meals then top up with protein whey to achieve 140grams a day..i can give u example for protein intake to maintain ur muscles of even improve them..breakfast - protein shake - lunch - protein shake - training - protein shake - dinner - protein shake(before sleep)..this is just a simple example..there a alot more ways on when to tkae protein on the internet..go do some research..checkout this site. it has complete guide from beginner to advance...what to do and what not to do...May the best body wins Cheerss!!

Good information there for FREE. If you feel lazy and not read 'em, im willing to bet you wont see any changes to your body in 3 months and you be wasting $$ on protein supplements. |

Just started workout?? ON whey protein is better than Nitro tech imho.
If just start, one scoop after workout. Invest to eat better and more into your daily meal first. |
