there is no minimum buy in for the gaming tables.
u give rm 10 also they will give the Cash chips for it.
however, there are 2 types of betting fields on the roulette table.
outside bet and inside bet.
outside bet, minimum rm 100, inside bet, minimum rm 20.

like chii said, ask the lenglui croupiers. really.
