WTA About buying apartment, my auntie still can apply for loan?

My auntie is 48 years old, she ask me if she still can apply for home loan. She work as nurse,got 5 year more before retirement. basic salary now 5k, currently got one comitment only left which is his myvi. She say she want buy apartment and can pay downpayment for about 20-30k..any advice?
