1. Can't really say how accurate that website is as Netflix adds and removes titles periodically. It's easier for me to simply whip out my phone to check if a title is available. Also, content varies from region to region. There are many titles in the USA library that aren't available in the UK library...and between those and here in Malaysia (maybe vice versa? I doubt it though).
2. Netflix recommends at least 5 Mbps Internet speed for HD video streaming. 1080p is FHD though, but a stable undisturbed 8Mbps should be sufficient too.

i used above website to check. it shown what title available for what country.
But Malaysia not showing on this website, i think we follow Singapore.
There are a few tools that let you check the content. But those are not accurate as Netflix has one of the largest movies and TV shows database. From my experience, Netflix US has the maximum number of titles followed by UK and Canada.https://unogs.com/

There are many titles that don't pop up on your Homescreen but still available. Just google some awesome chrome extension to manage and explore your Netflix. You can see the IMDB rating on every title with these extensions.
Also, for HD streaming, you need speed above way above 5 Mbps.
