Still waiting for a successor for my Z Ultra.

This is really tight lipped. No leaks at all until the final moment. Looks like Sony is really keeping the Z6 to later this year.

no changes from my view.. the only things i noticed is faster quick launch.. within 1seconds from locked to get a photo..

no as i know.. OTA will always push out after 1 week or +.. u may use laptop download firmware first and connect your phone later to update afterward.. wont wipe off our data..

use sony companion to download the update (like itunes)

2.4 GB in size using PC Companion. So big update.

You can unplug your phone while the PC Companion is downloading the firmware.

from this, I can deduce that for me, wifi turn off when screen is off is effective for me
(Hotlink signal, butterworth, penang)
but once I enter the factory, where the signal suffers tremendously
my battery life suffers as well
proven that in airplane mode with wifi on, the drop off is controlled
this is all included with Data LTE connection turn on

and if I am at a place with good signal
the battery drop off while turned of should be contained
Those that rely on wifi for the connection only
this would not be suitable, since my setup enable me to receive message through data when the wifi/screen is turn off while sleep (i hope)

and then I found out the 2nd more important point...

IT IS FREAKING 4K on the screenies,
which it might means that the screenies is upscale to that size

THE WHOLE SYSTEM IS RUNNING 4 FREAKING K NOW!!!

I believe the screen is now in 4k resolution all the time.  Battery life not that great as previous. I got around 4hours sot within 18 hours time. With full Bluetooth, data, auto sync on. Bluetooth connected to SmartWatch all the time. Screenshot 4k, YouTube watch 4k can choose 2160p too.. Need further check it deeply.

I think you need to update your firmware? And also the YouTube app.

it's time for Sony to upgrade their manual camera settings. they should add shutter speed.

The android market trend is like that. That's why I sold off my S7E before the price drops.

I really don't know when can I see a flagship phablet from Sony. The Z5 Premium is close but not really a phablet.
The Z Ultra is the best phablet I have ever used.
