New owner of Z5 dual reporting in. Traded my 32GB Nexus 6p for this because I needed a dual sim phone that's easy to use with 1 hand.

So far so good except the volume is softer than the 6p. Other than that it is a very smooth and fast phone.

What's the average SOT for those who own Xperia Z5 dual? I'm getting approx 3hr 30 min - 4 hrs. Was hoping it would be better since only a 1080p screen.

I was able to get approx 4 hr 30 min with my previous Nexus 6p but that was with Qhd screen.

My short stint with Z5 Dual Gold for about 2 weeks before I traded it :-

Design - overall not much difference to the original Z1, square slab which I feel needs a refresh and improvement. The square design makes it sharp to hold at the edges compare to more curved edges on other phones. I feel even though they can maintain it square at least they can make the edges curved inwards like the Samsung S7, Xiaomi or Huawei latest flagships. Also top and bottom have large bezels which I'm sure can be minimised further in future designs.

Performance - 810 gets slightly hot upon heavy usage, more than Nexus 6p which I had before. Also makes it eat battery a little bit more than the 6p.

Audio - overall no complaints with dual front speakers which are well balanced, although it is a bit soft but still manageable.

Battery life - I get about 3hr 30min to maximum of 4hr Sot. It is slightly less than Nexus 6p which I feel can be improved because it is only using a 1080p LCD screen.

Summary - Overall 6/10 for me. Size is more manageable than the large flagships of today but design and battery life can be improved much further.
