They provide very bad bad bad service. Customer service has zero knowledge on the repair status after a few calls..They promised 2 days to complete the repair job instead now it has been up to 4 days..reason being replacement parts not available & kawanu.com dont have the courtesy to inform me on this until the 4th day when i called them up...
