They provide very bad bad bad service. Customer service has zero knowledge on the repair status after a few calls..They promised 2 days to complete the repair job instead now it has been up to 4 days..reason being replacement parts not available & kawanu.com dont have the courtesy to inform me on this until the 4th day when i called them up... Such a scam company & cant be trusted EVER....

I'm seconded to this review, this company (Kawan U) services given are very lousy af to the extend that nothing is acceptable and tolerable.

Their communication between the repair line and customer service are totally breakdown. Numerous times of calling them to get status but cannot a proper reply and answer.

Once the answered your call, they shall reply you in such this way, "Let me check with my technician" but no follow ups or even get back to you regards to the service status.

The chronology of my case is like this...

I've been sent my washing machine to them for repair since 10th Oct 2017, and they have repaired within 4 days. I've paid for around RM500 to get it repaired for the sensor and drum gears sort of thingy. The delivered back on 14th Oct. Well that's consider fast before they have receiving the payment from me.

After roughly less than 2 months using it, it is no long working again. Called them back to check since they provide warranty for 1 year on the same machine they serviced. They have collected the machine back to service on 22nd Dec 2017.

Yet until today which is already 3rd of Jan 2018, its been more than 10 days they still unable to get it fixed with follow ups on the machine status regardless i've called in numerous time and pressurized them over the phone. Nothing from them but only knows on replying "Let me check with my technician".

Such a lousy & unreliable scamming company, i'll never recommend this to anyone and never trust their advertising promises. Hope this could be a good review for those who looking for Kawan U services.

Hi Bro, I have the same as you..they nvr call back followup and firstly said 399 for replay system board then next day call in say add 140 for water pump...they must be trying to lying or suspect they taken out the original part and replace something spoil

Hi guys, i am having the same issue as well. Took my washing machine back to fix last 2 months, now the washing machine acting up again. Contacted them, no more reply.

This repair shop is a con shop. Their boss called Meng hv a bad attidute.
They came and collect washing machine for repair and gave me initial repair cost of rm430. They asked for rm150 deposit if want to repair i agreed and paid to them. After 1 weeks they told me my washing machine need additional rm600 to repair andbparts needed need to wait 90 working days. If i don't agree to repair, they will forfited my deposit. I agreed to not to repair and ask them return my washing machine. They returned my washing machine after 4 days. The worse part was, they never call owner before returning. They just leave my washing machine outside my front gate (block the way) and whatsapp me a picture. I called the shop ask to remove it and send when i am at home. They refused and said to me that not their responsible to wait owner back from working. The washing machine dented everywhere. This is the worst nightmare i encounter. I send to another shop for repair and everything working fine now. Cost me repair cost rm600. At least working now
