how good is such loan ?, commercial rate

Hi guys, received a "quotation" on commercial rate loan (those kiosk type lot)
stating IBR = 3.2% and then + 1.65% = 4.85% will be my loan interest rate. Is this a good figure ? Where can i get more / better rate from agent / banks ? thanks |

i always check on ringgitplus for crosschecking on few available banks..
