Hi, I am thinking of purchasing a second hand Wii U. I was just wondering if people are selling their Wii U's saying that it comes with this and that digital games, are the digital games connected to their account or the console itself. Means, if I were to purchased a Wii U and then delete their account and register my account, will I be able to play those digital games that comes with the Wii U or not?

So it's like PS4, the games are connected to your account? I have a 3DS, do I use the same account on the Wii U or do I have to register a new account specifically for the Wii U? How many accounts can the Wii U hold? Like PS4, you can have multiple accounts, but one main account that is tied to your PS4. Is it the same for the Wii U?
