Buyer will just have to insist on banking into account that is same name with the phone number. Then not so easily conned.

But, there are too many reckless and impulsive buyers in LYN, I don't think this would help much....

I didn't say he don't have ANY bank account. For eg, buyer want to bank with maybank2u. Seller says he only have let's say, HSBC. Then seller say, save 2 bucks to do GIRO. I give you my mum's maybank account. How?
