wht shud i do ya to avoid it from happening anymore ?

i strictly avoid spicy ,oily and cold food eidi including drinks but it seems doesnt improve and my health is pretty weak actually

Doesn't mean she wasn't a young girl like you before.

Just google vaginal discharge and you'll get all sorts of info. It changes during your menstrual cycle. And you'll only have to take note of it when it becomes a weird color or smells or is making you feel really uncomfortable/itchy.
