could it be that it's just the paper material chosen...?
but PVC is interesting, I've never heard of one before.

i think any printing shop can do that.. juz bring the paper.. think its juz like OHP presentation rite..

Material is abit like those inkjet's back lid, and it got one layer of stick-on lamination to avoid the text scratch.
Same quality can be done by inkjet lightbox printer, but trimming to pieces of namecards is a headache, wonder got any fast namecard print around can provide da service.

this type of name card is still very rare in kl, mayb due to it might b slightly more expensive than conventional paper based. it's more like plastic, semi transparent. i hv seen those with gold paint etched texts. very classy feel, but might b more bulky to carry around.

not really rare. my company do hav this product.
try to find (smart)card manufacturer. for example APCS S/B
for sure price is expensive than paper base name card, material itself is plastic not paper, u may choose PVC or PC which PC is more expensive and artwork limited while the quality is nice.
