A) RMxxxx with car park, face shit place B) RMxxxx not include car park (include car park will be RMxxxx + RM180), face klcc then i will choose B |

Facing KLCC. Price sure shoot up faster (if near enough) compared to extra carpark and less calming view.
Plus it's better to put it on AirBnB for tourists' rental instead of some hobo's |
