HI all, im looking to renovate my apartment at Pantai Hillpark 2. approx 800sqf.
Basically complete refurbishing
1. Remove old tiles and intall new ones (whole unit)
2. Remove partition wall (between wet and dry kitchen) to make a bigger space
3. Remove old kitchen cabinet and install new one + plumbing
4. New tiles and fittings of 2 toilets
5. Plaster ceiling with lightbox and downlight
6. Wirings and power points
7. Wardrobes for 2 rooms
