Hello

1. Are the admins/ staff/ moderators able to view the username of those that utilize/ abuse the report function? - Reason for this is because if the reports that were generated from the thread link given below came from one particular individual, I believe it's best if he/ she communicated with me so we can settle our differences in an adult/ professional manner rather than behaving like well.. pondan lah, macam budak kecik sikit2 report laugh.gif

2. What forms of action are taken against useless and baseless reports?

Reference: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3823627

My only concern is that someday, a mod/ staff/ admin that's having a bad day might just take action based on multiple but useless reports against me.

Thank you.

Mods/ Admin/ Staff,

Fourth report made today.
Check spoiler in first post.

It's getting rather annoying. Can you just ban these guys for wasting both your time and mine?

This.
I had once pm-ed 2 forumers to talk things out if they had issues with me.
Both chickened out. One blocked/ ignored me.
Another opened a thread calling me in, but refused to talk to me directly. Some people are retarded like that biggrin.gif

Well, we are living in a very stressful environment nowadays, there's a lot of what I call "secondary psychopathy" going around. Even affects me, to be honest. I would go into more detail but I don't want to get reported for derailing the thread. smile.gif

One of the reasons we allow self moderation on your own threads is to reduce the dependency of mods tending to reports. And yes, we can see who reported the post(s).

We know what kinda posts which are against the rules and necessary action will be taken if its against the RnRs but sometimes we'll give leeway especially in places like Kopitiam.

And NO, we don't take more action just because we're having a "bad day" but more like towards serial offenders.Like you.

Because I'm a nice guy.. I'm not gonna report this despite the fact it's an unhelpful post.
Additionally, an unhelpful post in helpdesk!

Takpe.
Aku redha jer, mmg aku serial offender pun wink.gif

From my personal observation, Seager is quite a peaceful forumer. So I don't think he's a serial offender.

But it could be I overlook something.
