Playing game? You better off choosing UniFi
Heavy Torrent and don't want throttled speed? You better off choosing UniFi

No, seriously , unifi or streamyx is the way to go, maxis fiber is for those apartment that dont have TM line. My friend live in a apartment with fitness center and swimming pool but the developer did not apply for a TM connection because it cost 1 million to get the apartment connected to TM and they just dont want to do it.

If you need help registering, PM me.
I can help you for both Maxis and also Unifi.

I would personally suggest you Unifi over Maxis.

TM only throttles Unifi/Streamyx traffic if it detects that your are using P2P.

So if you are going to P2P, use a VPN.

Not sure about Maxis.

no matter how you look at the combination, this is how the 3 stooges shared the pie,

TIME takes their share from apartments and condos, they cannot touch landed properties at all.

Maxis takes their share for landed properties with the cheaper packages, 10 and 20 mbps

Unifi takes the rest, 30 and 50 mbps.

win/win/win.

the biggest losers are basically everyone else in Malaysia.
