WTA Fixing camera lens, Samsung

Good day everyone,
My friend own a Samsung EVIL camera and recently his lens is broken, it shows the lens having error and the camera body cannot read the lens. Does anyone here know where can my friend fix the lens? He sent to Samsung but Samsung asked him to get a new one  |
