Appreciate if can help recommend 2 different Notebooks for below:

Notebook 1:
1. Preferred Brand: Need something that is durable. User tends to be very rough with his stuff. Previous computer a Lenovo that has been through hell and back and survived the past 4 years (although with some keyboard buttons missing). Hope to get similar mileage from the new computer.
2. Budget: 3k (can go up to 3.5k)
3. Usage: movies, facebook, youtube, DOTA, gaming. Would like to get notebook with fast performance
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 15" (can consider slightly bigger if got good recommendation)
5. Other preference:
a. Good battery life.
b. Good sound
c. No heating issues.
d. Easy to get repair support


Notebook 2:
1. Preferred Brand: any brand that is good quality, for lady user. had good experience with Asus. No Acer. Must be low maintenance.
2. Budget: ~2.5k
3. Usage: mainly movies - need good sound, surfing
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: 14"~15"
5. Other preference:
a. Lightweight
b. Good battery life
c. No heating issues
d. SSD preferred (but would like min 512gb if possible)
e. SD Card slot
