What happen to prepaid reload brought before 01 Jan 2016? Already paid 6% GST.
What amount will get if reload with those old voucher code which brought before 01 Jan 2016?

If you buy the top up ticket with GST, you will get the full amount of credit. Vice versa, if you buy the top up ticket without GST, it will be deducted from your credit.

However, if you buy the top up ticket with GST but still get GST deducted from your credit, kindly contact us for further assistance.

I buy RM10 reload in voucher code on 31 Dec 2015 with price of RM10.60 and I reload on 10 Jan 2016, how many credit i will have after i top up with that voucher?

Pls be informed that your credit will be deducted for GST everytime you top up. However, there will be a special rebate where we will refund the GST amount in your act within 4 hours from the time you top up. TQ

The new rule applies, when you reload now, 6% will be deducted from your airtime and then rebated within 24 hours.

I believe i will have additional credit of RM10. But, will have have the 6% GST refunded?
