hello everyone... i recently posted in "3d work" but now im starting my own thread..

first of all, is it ok to have a WIP thread over here?

a lil description about this neeserc project:

i wana create a transformers robot from our national satria neo car. my target is to make it look like one of those g1 but detailed tranformers..

here is my work progress so far..

proportion critics!! your hand and arm is pretty off balance.. try refer some G1 transformers but IMHO, the bumble bee is very close to yours.

tukar color la bro

the hand looks abit cacat.... refer Gundam's Perfect grade model if u can that would really help.

try to change the color, the hand shape seems kinda small, but overall, good... keep it up man...

this reminds me of 'Jazz'.. did you follow that autobot? o.0

Yea the colour need to be more aggressive... change the tailpipe to make better guns...

I second that the visor really remind me of it..

i think it would go better without the "plate number" when its a robot...

and does the the car's door is the wing for the robot..

Technically, there's no transformers G1 with wings if I recall correctly. Even if they had wings, they'd be a bird-like creature and not a car.

the types look very fake, look lazy to model just use image to mapping???? and the neo infront big behind small, is that no follow blueprint to model?

Your IBL is not happening dude.

First off, I think your car would benefit from a bit more of a reflective surface.

Second of all, I think your bg plate is a little bit too flat and grey.

Thirdly, I'm not too sure if the HDR image you're using matches the bg and environment.

Also, your focal length for the bg and the car is different, so it looks wierd now.

hrmm. your top part look like based on Subaru / RX8 binaltech moulds.

but the legs, look like based on either the Corvettes or the S2000.

awesome... great effort there... wud like to see more shots... (also wud be darn nice to see it actually transform)
