Go to Aeon Big. Get a hand trolley. Use that trolley to carry 1-2 buckets, brushes, mitts, chamois towel etc.

be it highrise or landed, there's actually no dedicated or insistence from Authorities to impose car washing facility if i'm not mistaken.

the landed homes do have a tap point which is meant more towards watering the landscape instead.

however, thoughtful developers do tend to consider this and incorporate into their design requirements. hence some highrises do have these features while some do not.

if you are particular about your car cleanliness, you may wish to sign up for those more professional car detailing shops which provides dedicated and attentive cleaning?

You go roadside car wash, mostly use laundry detergent. Seen it myself in 2 different ones.

You go reputable shops, your chances are higher that they use car shampoo. They just cost more.

So, cheap or expensive, up to you. But not knowing what shampoo is a bad excuse.

same price= you can request to use your shampoo etc + you also want to wash.

why not just go fren or relatives house and wash your own car if feel not comfortable? Maybe u offer wash for them also...

It is not mandatory for developer to provide cash washing bay.

Find a friend who is not living in a condo. If you wash their car as well, when you wash your own car, they'll let you us their water for free.

get a long water hose
find a nearest water tap to your parking lot
wash your car at your parking lot

Well, can always tie a hose to a short stick, and tie that to the balcony. Go downstairs with an empty bucket, whatsapp your housemate to turn on the tap, and place the bucket where the water hits the ground.

Form a JMB, get owners' vote to approve to have a car wash bay.

Else if already have JMB / MC, get all qualified stakeholders, and collectively sign a memo to call for EGM to discuss on this. During the EGM, vote for it.
