About non-stick pan, its a matter of do you know how to properly use them or not.

Tefal. Use lowest flame level to protek non-stick coating.
Don't scrub even with the semi-hard green pad.
Use soft sponge to clean.
If got some leftovers sticking onto it, just soak in water overnight before washing.

dunno why, my old cap buaya pans really syiok used for cooking. By old, i mean from grandparent's time old.

Lol who say cannot fry fish...that kuali can fry everything liao. All you need to do is to make sure the pan is hot, the oil is hot enough so it will sear the fish before the fish touches the pan. Simple
