Hey all.

Been going to the gym for over a year (last year) and since I started working this year, I started going to the gym at 4.30am in the morning.

I stopped doing that early June as I was transitioning into my new job. Continued back in September but it is no longer easy to rest in time to wake up at 4.30am in the morning. Visiting the gym after work is out of the question as well since it takes me quite some time to travel to my home and then visit the gym.

Early September, my uncle sold me his home gym station for cheap and I started working out at home. I eventually got a set of dumbbells (40KG). Bought a bench + barbell + ez curl bar from a forumer here.

I am following the 5 x 5 strength routine right now and the barbell isn't wide enough and i am not able to load all of the weight plates onto it.

I want to upgrade to a 2.2m Olympic Bar (20KGs) + weight plates.

I found an Olympic Barbell @ RM281 @ http://muscleplusfitnessmalaysia.com/shop/...l-straightcurl/

Where can I find the weight plates which aren't too pricey? If there is a cheaper Olympic Barbell, do tell.

Cash Converters Damansara Utama.

I went there yesterday, nothing much apart from some dumbbells. 10KG was RM99 and a few more. Not too sure if each or for a pair. Both dumbbells has a price tag though.

Probably would have to visit the outlet from time to time.
