I usually wash my face using just tap water after getting up from sleep then leave home.
I only wash using cleanser when I come home. So that's once a day using a cleanser. |

I think they mean they dont wash their face with cleanser only with water. Works only when they did not do any heavy activities, maybe just woke up? Or didnt apply anything before heading out. Especially if they did not wash away their makeups, sunscreens, they are going to cry, really.

I heard some of them saying that using water only to wash the face is good. But to me it does not work la. Coz I found my skin got a lot of blackheas and whitehead, and sometimes lead to pimples if only using water to wash my face. I think these might due to by using water only, cant clean up my face completely gua..
But now I found a facial wash/ cleanser, which is quite good. Coz this cleanser do not dry out my face after washing. It is very gentle but can help to remove light makeup. I am using it everyday now, I ofund my skin is clean and fresh, less breakout and blackhead, so happy If you gals are interested on the skincare products that I am using, just PM me k, I am very happy to share with you gals. *wechat : hwnsping * watsapp : +6018-2283911 Have a nice day |

QUOTE(Amy_lau @ May 12 2016, 03:35 PM) i have experimented with lots of brands but still can't find a good one. so sometimes i have to cleanse my nose twice. anyways, i m currently using a soap bar from italy. i bought it at a kiosk located in ioi mall cyberjaya. it's on the ground floor near the supermarket. i don't remember the name but if the shop is still alive it's very easy to spot because the owner's products r just only soaps. i bought one meant for baby as my facial soap. after using it, my face feels cleaner and not very dry. you can use that soap for the whole body and hair too. the owner has a gold soap bar and it makes the skin very clean and moist! the soap i bought was only rm44 and the gold bar is rm68 if he didn't increase price la. people have been telling innis free is good too. but i have not tried their cleanser... i have only been using their moisturiser. good luck! |

QUOTE(yo_yo @ May 13 2016, 08:34 AM) i have experimented with lots of brands but still can't find a good one. so sometimes i have to cleanse my nose twice. Thanks a lot!! Sadly, I'm from Sarawak! I have trip planned for KL next weekend though, so I'll see if I can make time to drop by ioi mall! Thanks so much! Wow that soap is expensive! I've seen charcoal (the black) soaps at a lot of places lately for around RM40+, so I suppose expensive face soaps is the new trend. T.T anyways, i m currently using a soap bar from italy. i bought it at a kiosk located in ioi mall cyberjaya. it's on the ground floor near the supermarket. i don't remember the name but if the shop is still alive it's very easy to spot because the owner's products r just only soaps. i bought one meant for baby as my facial soap. after using it, my face feels cleaner and not very dry. you can use that soap for the whole body and hair too. the owner has a gold soap bar and it makes the skin very clean and moist! the soap i bought was only rm44 and the gold bar is rm68 if he didn't increase price la. people have been telling innis free is good too. but i have not tried their cleanser... i have only been using their moisturiser. good luck! I'm using Hada Labo AHA & BHA foam cleanser now, but I'm keen on trying Cosrx low PH cleanser once I'm done. I did some research and apparently soaps that are too stripping might be causing my face to overcompensate and be super oily, so it's best not to make it too dry? Also, moisturizing a lot has been helping me a bit. It's super counterintuitive since I'm making it a little oily from all the moisturizers, but it also means my face no need be so oily on it's own since I'm doing that all on my own. |

Wow that soap is expensive! I've seen charcoal (the black) soaps at a lot of places lately for around RM40+, so I suppose expensive face soaps is the new trend. T.T Try to see it from this angle, our face naturally has oil but in little amount. When our skin becomes dry, our body's defense mechanism reacts to it by producing more oils to keep the skin moist. It's super counterintuitive since I'm making it a little oily from all the moisturizers, but it also means my face no need be so oily on it's own since I'm doing that all on my own. Hence, what causes your oily skin? Are you using any alcohol based stuffs on your face that's drying up your skin? Any other substances that strips ALL oil on your skin (including your own natural oil). It's kinda like bacteria, there's good bacteria & there's bad bacteria, so products that totally cleans ALL bacteria sounds good but it's also bad cause it makes your body defenseless. Try to keep your face hydrated/moist, but make sure no petroleum based ingredients or alcohols goes on your skin. Understand the ingredients that you're putting on your face. What's written on the description & labels can be easily exaggerated but what's written on the ingredient list is harder to deceive. |

T.T actually it looks expensive but it's not. because u can cut that soap into 4 parts and each part will last u for more than 4 months or so if u used it strictly for face. =) of course it can be used for body too. =) good luck.I'm using Hada Labo AHA & BHA foam cleanser now, but I'm keen on trying Cosrx low PH cleanser once I'm done.
