Hi I need help here.. Is there anyone using Adobe Illustrator with Surface pro 3 ?

Sorry if too many question...
My questions are

1. I am trying to figure how do i delete selected vector without keyboard. The pen with top button can only erase like brush right?

2. Is there swatch or colour palate tool in touch workspace? i only saw libraries (dont know how to use it yet...)

3. In touch workspace can i use my own brush?

I got my Surface pro 3 few days ago and still trying to get use to the adobe illustrator cc Trial version. Adobe illustrator is the main software i use for my work so its important. Really appreciate if someone can guide me here. Thank you...
