The goverment wants to give GST rebate to the customers.......so that the people will be happy but this is the example.Why they want to do double work.Ask the telecommunications to absorb the 6% like the SST soleve all the problem For example, a customer who tops up RM10 will initially get airtime of RM9.43 (minus 6% GST) but will be given a rebate of 57 sen in 24 hours. - See more at: http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysi...h.O6Ya2iEE.dpufwhy need to give back rebate and that time said no GST on customers and now change again. Very  pening la That's why I am not satisfied with the prepaid that is why i change to postpaid and safe all the hassel

hopefully they can do it that the telco absorb the GST and is the same only mah now instead of 6 they charge 12% 10.00 becomes 10.60 so now they realise mistake they should have said ok all telcco charge GST is included let theem absorbed the GST

Does it mean from 2016, GST will be taxed on usage (call, sms, purchase of data plan)? Since they will "stop" taxing you when reloading.
Which is inline with Custom dept initial definition of tax on service/usage.

it seems many website selling prepaid reload stop selling prepaid reload. May be system no ready. make user difficult to find prepaid reload / top up.
