basically u need a lil bit knowledge bout photoshop... try google it... or you can go to www.insidegraphics.com for tutorials... there are many types of tutorial so try to search it on the net... it is very useful...

Yeah u gotta try out all the new stuffs at photoshop tutorials,and try as hard as u can get to get a task done,ive had my time and it was hjard understanding what they were trying convey in some instructions,in a year or so youll be good but dont give up hope too easily if u want this bad!
