Hello,

I just bought a RM10 Hotlink Reload Plus card from your Maxis Center at Tropicana City Mall. The card is scratched opened to reveal the code already but your staff assumed me that it's still usable and all the cards are scratched.

I tried to use that Reload Plus Pin to buy the below

But it keeps getting error.

Then I realised that the top-up I bought might be different from the normal top-up for Hotlink.

1. So I would like to check with you if there is a difference between the normal Hotlink top-up and Reload Plus?

2. Also, Reload Plus cannot be used on your mpoints purchase like the link above?

3. Is it normal for cards to be scratched open in Maxis centers?


I'm pondering whether to go back to confront the staff and see what he says.

And it just dawned upon me that he didn't give me a receipt!
