Anybody know whether it is possible to switch between non-cashless & cashless for any medical card?
Can possibly use 2 different medical cards at a time?

QUOTE(lifebalance @ May 12 2016, 02:02 PM) you will have to request change of benefit and subject to health declaration. you cannot use 2 different medical card at the same time. You can only use in the event 1 of your medical card exceed the annual limit, then you may use the 2nd medical card to do claim. Meaning you pay first for any extra exceeded the 1st medical card, then file a claim on the 2nd medical card. Thank you for the reply! What do you means by request change of benefit? What if just would like to change from cashless to non-cashless (cheaper premium) or non-cashless to cashless (don't need to pay at hospital)?

QUOTE(kokkit3 @ May 12 2016, 02:45 PM) Dear, You can upgrade your current medical plan to a cashless one but it depends on your current insurance co or purchase another one from another insurance co. One can own as many medical card from different insurance co but you can only own one medical card from one insurance co. Thus if you have 2 different cards at one time it will have to be from two different insurance co. Claim wise we have discuss here in this forum before, only one receipt is given to you thus you are able to claim from one of the two medical cards. Thank you for the reply! You means changes between cashless & non-cashless will very much depend on individual insurance Company and not every one of them allow such changes?
