MXM is the agent/reseller, policy is guaranteed by Lonpac. Cases of claims/admissions handled by another entity called Asia Assistant (I suppose in case of dispute in non-claimable charges is handled by them too?).

MXM is also... packaging insurance for pacific?

And one only needs to call Asia Assistant and/or MXM offices?

I take it that you are happy with the service (supposed you have made claims before), since you are holding it 8 years already. Or is it because it is cheaper than other policies out there? Or perhaps this is more comprehensive?
