I did refer to any sites to find the solution but still couldn't be solve.
Please provide me a better Launch Command as the basic . Your help is much appreciate. Laptop Spec: -i7-4510U @2.00GHz -8.00GB RAM -AMD Radeon R7 M260 Launch Command Used: -novid -console -threads 4 -high +cl_updaterate 128 +cl_cmdrate 128 +cl_interp 0 +cl_interp_ratio 1 +rate 128000 -nod3d9ex -high |

Try fps_max 0.
