Hi everyone, I'm facing a telephone line problem for the past 3 months. The problem is there is no dial tone when pick up the phone and the internet connection also seems to disconnect very often. Few times I went to tmpoint and they direct me to call 100 and file a complain. The only excuse they giving is, changing cables and this is what been informed to me pass 3 months. My location is in kuantan and felt frustrated been paying the bills and getting no service at all
I'm using streamyx combo 60 with 384kbps speed. Is there any options available for me to make it more prioritize so that it will take a look upon. Thanks in advance.
