It got the behaviour of Alkaline batteries, can last very long & using PA2V2 as example is a tough benchmark to evaluate this Eneloop. PA2V2 can use more than 100 hours with normal rechargeable batteries.

There are no such thing, "best" charger for Sanyo brand. All models are made up to manufacturer requirement to charge their batteries. Any model that able to charge NiMH will do.
