is there anywhere in the world they do Li-Ion AA and AAA sized batterries.

Output must be 1.2V to 1.5V only lah.

cannot be higher than this.

reason i'm asking, all of us have handphones with li-ion batts. can charge and charge and charge forever.

i am told that they do not make these batterries (AA li-ion because not clever people might incorrectly use them and there would be creation of lithium metal and susequent explosion ................ BOOM

Yes. Sanyo got selling those industrial type Lithium Ion AA & AAA batteries but to implement it, you must have controller to controlling the charging & discharging rate. (I guess?)
At this moment we are concentrating distributing Sanyo eneloop batteries only, all others model are selling by another distributor.
